Pre-Order Update 10/8/2026: Final Embroidery approved and production is under way.  

There was a bit of back and forth to get the embroidery to look good.  I can make the art look good, but by the time you put it to get with 1000s of threads you sometimes need to make adjustments. I don't want to put out anything you'd ever regret purchasing.  These hats are meant to be collectors items.

production time and shipping to me will be about another 2 weeks.  I'm pushing them hard to get it rushed now that embroidery is approved.

I really appreciate everyone who has hung in there.  My goal is to have these to you before Nevada Day even if I have to hand deliver every one.

Update for 9/16/2026:

We weren't satisfied with how the skull looked compared to the ribs and instructed the factory to match the white on the skull with the white on the ribs. 

After seeing Nevada embroidered across the back closure of the hat, we felt it was a bit redundant to have it on the back and have the flag logo for the side patch that says Nevada as well, so we dropped the back embroidery.

In the flag emblem for the side patch the text "Battle Born" came out a little mudded up so we instructed them to increase the size a little or use a different similar font that will embroider better.

The Factory will be closed from Sept 28th until October 6th.  I instructed them we would like Rush Delivery, but it's looking like we will have the full run in hand early to mid-October.
